So this time I decided to try something different and I had my 50/50 protein and meal replacement drink for 3 meals. And I also had 2 20g protein bars for the day. Not something I want to keep doing but rather than no food for 24hrs I’ve done it this way to see what happens. When I got hungry I’d have a protein bar so that worked. I also jogged yesterday so all up I was 1000 calories in the deficit. My weight dropped 1.1kg now some of that will be fluid I’d say but it got it moving in the right direction so I’ll try it again today. I’ve got a weights workout this morning so I’m interested in seeing what tomorrow will be. The only difference for today will be I’m replacing the lunchtime drink for steak and tomato’s.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
