Karate trading last night and it’s a great way of staying fit that’s for sure. I’m sore this morning but a good sore and as I’d expected my weight is down again but don’t get me wrong I’m not focused on my weight entirely but it helps me with feed back.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
