Things are looking up my weight has dropped also my waistline is done and my body fat has dropping while my lean body mass has almost stayed the same as a month ago. I’ve average around the 2500 calories spent in exercising and just living while I’ve averaged around the 1680 calories intake.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
