Well the count is in. I've packed 20.7kg back on over the past 120 days - a rate of 1.2kg per week. It'll take about that long to fix... I believe this ranks as the second stupidest thing I've ever done, right below lending a drunk Irish backpacker my car.
112.4 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I lost 18 kg in a calendar month. 16 hrs of fasting with exception of a 180ml coffee white with one. I looked up Keto foods and picked out of the list, what I liked to eat. I then weighed food to not cross above 600 calories per day. Was losing nearly a kg a day. Even though I have stopped my diet, I'm still doing the 16hr fasting and trying my best to be mindful of what I'm eating. I'm having what I enjoy. Including Cheezels and some choc covered ice cream from Bulla. my weight has stabilised on 116-117. I hope that gives you something to research and helps. Slight word of warning, the faster you lose weight, the more chance you have of getting loose, surplus skin

Cheers Spicehorn! I actually got to a point where that shirt almost, kinda, nearly fit me though I'm month away from it again now. Hey do you know what happened to flossyflu? Her profile seems to have gone private since I was last here - hope she's OK!
