I lost 18 kg in a calendar month. 16 hrs of fasting with exception of a 180ml coffee white with one. I looked up Keto foods and picked out of the list, what I liked to eat. I then weighed food to not cross above 600 calories per day. Was losing nearly a kg a day. Even though I have stopped my diet, I'm still doing the 16hr fasting and trying my best to be mindful of what I'm eating. I'm having what I enjoy. Including Cheezels and some choc covered ice cream from Bulla. my weight has stabilised on 116-117. I hope that gives you something to research and helps.
