Bigger weight drop than I expected, but yesterday I fasted until dinner.
8669 steps - average daily steps last week
(1) 30 min weight workout last week
7 hr 41 min - average sleep last week (that's really good for me. I enjoyed sleeping in because kids were out of school)
101.3 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
