Going to try to eat more protein today, don't want to lose weight too fast and lose too much muscle.
100.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, planning on lifting today. Only lifted once last week, planning on 2 or 3 days of lifting this week.
