So I’ve not contribute for awhile I hurt my back about 10 days ago on New Year’s Eve getting out of a chair. It could have been from a morning workout just not sure. So anyway I’ve not done any exercises for 10 days other than walk 8.6k a day which is not real hard but it’s something. I’m walking because it helps my back and it does burn some calories so my weight has dropped to an all time low as you can see 74.8kg. I’m going to measure come the weekend just to see if I’m losing fat or muscle so I hope it’s fat but I bet it’s muscle. I’m eating pretty much the same but maybe I’ve cut back a little each day but not a lot.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
