Slept better last night. Had little snacks here and there yesterday that I didn't track. That's probably why my weight went up. Hopefully I'm also building muscle. Going to try out some different weight exercises today.
100.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
