Rowed pretty late last night, around 8:30, dinner sometime after. Not worried, just logging because that’s what we do. Just looked at my rings, says I finished rowing at 9:21. So much for eating dinner before 8, I didn’t even get around to making it until around 10, I’m guessing. Not fasting or anything, just trying to be a responsible adult person on some specific things. Fail. 🤪
