smashing the weight loss :) low carb initial crash loss done now time to shed those last 10 pesky kgs!
100.4 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wouldn't really call it a diet. Mostly just clean eating habits and little to no processed foods and counting deficient. I've probably under cut a little too much as been super busy with work so am ramping up caloric intake (1kg a week is ideal) Breakfast is a smoothie (frozen bananas and berries and one scoop of manshake)... I measure it all. Low carb woolies wraps with salad and some kind of meat/protein for most lunches. Also have a bunch of frozen lower carb content meals mostly veg and a protein and a sauce of some kind I've made. I usually use zucchini strips to emulate pasta. Again. I count it all in fat secret Dinner, sometimes I have burgers (on a wrap) or more meat n veg. Do up big salads with a little fruit n seeds and again and serve em throughout the week... Proteins in form of meat I count macros and calories and drink lots of water or water with lemon. If I'm feeling like sweet Pepsi max does me fine.
