wow I'm shedding weight fast. surely one of these weeks I'll have a bounce back, hopefully not for another couple weeks tho! At this rate I'll need to start adding weight training soon.
98.5 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
