Feeling pretty defeated. I worked so hard this week I worked out for hours every day and ate 1500 cals a day mostly salads twice a day every day I can't seem to get back into the 70s.. I have until September when I have a wedding to go to and I'd love to be atleast 75kgs by then. I'm stuck at 81.3kgs

I am so large that they have to use Google Earth to get me on camera. It took me years if not decades to get large. I go to the gym and watch what I eat but I am still large. I expect that you feel the same way that there's no motivation. The change of diet and exercise does help. please understand that it will take months, if not a year or 2. Keep it in mind that one bad day doesn't make a bad life. Keep disciplined as motivation stops. You are possible. Keep challenging yourself.

Cut out carbs for a week and do intimatant fasting

I already fast about 16 hours a day but I will cut out carbs for a while and see how that goes

Wow that sounds amazing! I've done 36 hours before but it was a few years ago.

I fast 16 hours a day. One day a week do 40. It definitely helps reset your resolve. Makes you recognise true hunger and limits snacking on the normal days

Yes I bet it does! 40 hours would be very hard do you do it with those candies every few hours or nothing? I did the 48 hour one a few times but that's cuz I used the candies it was for charity and they were those sugar free candies
