My back has been killing me the past day or two. Maybe I tweaked something while shoveling snow. We've had probably 8 inches of wet heavy snow over the past 4 days.
96.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I forgot to try icing today, but I did take a hot soak in the tub which helped some.

I agree heat and ice it about every 3-4 hours. A heating pad works wonders as well
