What a difference a week makes! On days where I exercise I have a solid calorie deficit. Sedentary work days I just about break even. I have not been feeling starving on 1400 calories; onward and downward!
58 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
