weight in today. more than makes for not losing weight last week (so effectively this loss took two weeks which is great) so close now to my goal! :) just 6-7 more weeks at this rate!!!
95.6 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
