noms root veges! :) totally random sorry, but this made me want to make a healthy winter soup!

I use a treadmill for 1 hour/day but when I enter it the calories burned say 1000 This cannot be correct. The correct amount is more like 300 calories. In order to correct the input I only put in 20 minutes in the exercise chart. Does anyone else notice the exercises being way generous in calories burnt?
