I’ve not said much lately but a mid month measurement of my waist has come down 1cm and my weight has gone up a little which indicates I’ve put on some muscle and reduced my fat.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
