I was expecting my weight to go back up again, it almost always does after I hit a new low for the year. Here's hoping it wobbles back down again tomorrow!
96.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
