1 kg more in just 1 month! Now i have to do something against…drank almost everyday milkshakes in Cafés, which means that they are made just with Sirup, not with real fruits. And startet to eat nibbles at night: savory pastry sticks with hummus and bad stuff like that. Have to replace it to not so heavy things. will see… 1st step: want to do pics from all my eaten food per day. 1nd step: will go to the Gym 3 times a week. This is my plan from today until Sunday. will see if it’s working

…and reduce the portions on the plate!!! i am really angry about myself. I ate big portions like a man which is working in the mines 10 hours a day…

Yes, sometimes we all go wild 🙈 At least we know how to push the pedal again if we don't end up where we wanted to be! 💪

sweetie, need to get back to prepping. My fridge is stacked full of cut veggies and fruits for the week because I never want to do anything after work or in the mornings for myself. 3 hrs in the kitchen on Sunday afternoon is technically considered exercise so that's a bonus. I recommend portioning out your smoothie components well in advance so you don't need to think you're constantly failing at portion control just because you were too tired or hurried and hungry in that moment when you were serving. Our brains don't function perfectly all the time, give yourself some kind of a break or you'll double your anxiety. ❤
