Lost 6lbs, 2 day vacation did a little damage but it’s a new week and am back on track.
120.7 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@MommaCan thank you, last week I tracked food calories but Monday and Tuesday didn’t get 30+ minutes of exercise; then Friday while doing the greenhouses deliveries my cell service and internet was down so wasn’t able to track with my watch or phone. Was expecting a + not a drop
