It’s near the end of the month for measurement time and things are looking good. I did a check a few days ago and my waist down 1cm and my weight is up around the same or maybe .1 or.2 more so I’m losing fat and maintaining my weight so a little bit of muscle put on.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
