almost lost a kilo this week! pretty stoked! weight loss has slowed now that I've dropped around 30kg in total. just 5kg to go now til I'm in normal weight range!!! :)
94.2 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
