So measurements this morning and I’ve lost 1cm off my waist and put on so weight from a month ago.
So I’ve lost body fat and put on some muscle it’s bloody hard work I’m 65 but I’m not complaining just saying.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
