amazing loss this week. just over a kilo! so excited to hit my goal weight in a few weeks. I do have some events coming up where some delicious foods will be eaten so see how I go with loss over next week or so. :) just got to hold the line!
92.1 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
