I’ve been away camping with my kids and grandkids so I had a holiday and didn’t worry too much on my eating and definitely did not exercise so now I’m home back to normal life once again.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
