bad week ate extra high fat foods but still lost weight, increase exercise should see further 2 kgs drop off this week
131.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Right! I was up around that. First I did was cut sugar in coffee. I like your exercise plan.

Can your GP refer you to a dietician for some help with making your diet healthier? You really need to lose that high fat processed stuff...
