This is fine as I have had several calorie uncontrollable meals this week (which usually involve alcohol too) and I have comfort eaten rather more macarons and chocolate than I care to admit to...
The general trend is down!
56.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
