Weigh in today. Nothing new to report, lost another kg! under 110 now happy days! Been eating fairly well recently, and steady exercise, need to start ramping up the training.
109.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
