by the way, I didn't start at 226. I started at 275 the day my husband passed. it has been so difficult, but does seem to be getting a little better. thanks for all the support.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
