1 December I was 65kg. Highest in a long time. I have stopped nursing my son and been eating too much! Since then I have started a weighed and measured food plan and over 10 days slowly come down to 62.2kg. I overate once on Dec 5. Let's see how the weight goes from here.... A bit of hunger started today. Fingers crossed its not much going forward. I'm only doing incidental exercise - ride to Meguro for a meeting, ride to drop the kids off, play in the park with the kids. Nothing strenuous,
