Not weighing in, just wanted to note that I went on a weird almost binge last night. After days of not really being hungry, I was insatiable. I drank water to try and combat, but I had more than one hamburger patty and an excess of cheese along with a massive craving for sweet. I'm journaling to reclaim control this morning. Thing that made this different from true emotional eating for me was that I was actively hungry. A long walk today, maybe two walks. Just weird.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
