I've done a horrible job keeping my diary this weekend, but I guess I also didn't have time for anything horrible to eat, so down a half pound (of the two I found).
76.0 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
