i keep staying the same weight. I have a cold so running is out of the question. Food is not very interesting either. Having been doing the food diary as much. For some weird reason I thought winter would be easier. Ha....wrong!!
87.5 kg Lost so far: 37.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Jane, make some nice warm casseroles and stay positive. You are doing so well. Do a bit of googling to find some recipes that interest you. Winter is a bit harder.

See maintaining as a victory :-) Colds don't last forever so you can soon get back to running and then you'll be on the move again :-)

Thanks guys. I do love cooking but the cold killed the taste buds. I sat in pure sunshine today. It was glorious. Maintaining was a positive...well who knew I could naturally do that!! Im happier now. I think I will do the treddy tomorrow. .. let the battle of treddy war begin again. ( i love it)
