Progressing with the Keto diet as should, increased my fibre intake (green vegies), am drinking loads of water, and have included green tea and peppermint tea with my meals. Although, I am loosing weight, it's pretty hard to see it in the mirror, however my clothes are loose which is a huge positive, as with everything else, slow progress means great rewards awaits for you. Hell yeah.
