I got anxious to see if I made any progress and couldn't sleep so I decided to have a look now rather than Friday instead. I have managed to lose 600/grams approx 1.3/lbs. I had some poor eating choices on Saturday and Tuesday night but I'm glad that I managed to lose something. First step, feeling excited!
148.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 58.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
