Weighed myself today after an intense weight training, scales went bilestic - up and down? Although l had planned to weigh in at the end of the month, l have not trained in 2 weeks due to the Flu 🤒, this is my first day back in the Gym. In substitute of the Gym whilst being sick l would take my dogs for a 45-60 minute walk. I have been vigilant with the Ketogenic Diet, this diet is perfect l am always satisfied and have an abundance of energy. Ican't wait for
