Just before my Gym workout l had stepped on the scales just out of curiosity-129.8kgs. I have upped my fat intake this week, all my energy levels have extremely low due to on coming (Hayfever/Asthma). Second day back at the Gym doing light exercises l am feeling better. Thanks to all the fatty cheeses and BPC l only eat when hungry and l drink more 💦 to rehydrate what l have lost. My goal is on track, l am more determined, focused than ever.
