Climbed back up to 151.6kg but did half an hour of skipping a day for two weeks at a relatively quick pace and cut back on quantity of meal sizes. Was surprised when I hopped back on the scale. Good start I feel.
145.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 55.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
