Decided to weigh myself at the end of each month and use the mirror and my clothes as my scale. Am feeling and looking fitter and healthier than before. I have reduced my butter and MCT oil to half portions (love my butter 😩), just for the next two months to see if my blood test makes a difference, good news my sugar is 4 - lowest ever (whoohoo), no asthma meds since August and Diabex (hypoglycaemic) l am over the moon. To all seeking to get to their target goal, keep going and don't look back , the grass is greener on the other side 🤗.
