Weighed myself 3 times not sure about weight gain. Maybe my muscles have had time to soak in water since I had been exercising pretty much daily.
110.9 kg Lost so far: 43.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just a thought: I find that if I consume salty foods, it can kick my weight up by a kilo overnight just from the additional water retention.
