Well...It wasn't as bad as I feared. Now to get back into the routine I have been trying to set up for myself. Exercise, mindful eating, and planning meals/prepping. Attempting to garner support from the DH.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
