I have officially dropped below 250 for the first time in 5 years. Still not working out like I'd like to but got a lot of stress going on right now and it's playing havoc with my anxiety and depression, making it harder to get out. The anxiety is getting to the point where I don't even want to go to the grocery store, but I know I have to go because I can't rely on my son to shop for the things I need as well as I can do it myself, sometimes you just have to be able to look at the labels. Anyway, at least I'm still losing, which is a good thing.
112.4 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 48.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
