76.4 today, good weight drop. Was 75.6 after my walk. My fasting BGL today was 5.3, seems ok. Havent tested that for too long. Feeling terrible this morning, had to stop walking 30 mins early, just exhausted. Had a low calorie day yesterday, funnily i have no appetite at present, had to force myself to eat breakfast. Will have a late lunch now.
