73.2 pre exercise.

BGL 7.1, then 6.1 at lunch 4 hrs after smoothie. Not quite sure why i'm so elevated first thing in morning, but I handled strawberries very well
73.2 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
