Yesssssss!!!!! Hauled cinder blocks, cement and trash followed by a longer but slower swim. Stayed on eating plan even though running around town.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
