Up again this morning. We're playing bouncy house on the scale this week, it seems. Going to just keep doing what i'm doing. That said, I did not walk last night, but I did swim. Got caught up in some stuff and it was 10PM when it was all over. Life happens. Today is another day.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
