Low Carb Crackers
Crispy, easy and low carb crackers suited for your diet.

Directions
- Combine dry ingredients & mix. This is optional can add a sprinkle of any other dry spice(s) like cayenne, garlic powder, thyme, cumin, etc.
- Add water. Rest 15 mins then rollout between baking paper as thinly as possible or thicker if want a heavier cracker. If cracking too much, add extra water. Cut into desired shapes or leave whole and break up as required after cooking. I roll out 1/4 and cook as 4 sheets. One oven load makes it really fast.
- Bake 180°C for 25 minutes turning halfway through. Done when crisp even in the centre of the cooked shape.
