I joined this community yesterday
Looking forward with great hopes
Been under stress and depression medication has lead me to a lot a weightgain and i have lost a lot of confidence.
And dont have any friends and family as studying in different country.
Lookkng forward to you guys as my supporting family on this journey .
And to support others .

hey Amber, anxiety/depression medication (and my inactivity surrounding that situation...plus a heavily commuting job) led me in part to gain 40kg. I'm feeling good that I've lost about 7kg of that and will be loosing all of it bit by bit. We are all on this journey together, so let's all be friends 🙌 welcome!
