Started this gig 2 Friday’s ago & ive lost 3kgs sooo stocked! I’m feeling amazing eating such healthy high quality food! My stomach is going down & ive had no bloating since the day I started.
I LOVE eating like this and the best thing is that voice in my head that kept screaming at me to eat better & care for myself...is now quite!!! 🙌

Me too, I love healthy food and you know what I recognised? When I had bad food like pizza or burger I had badly stomach pain. My body is craving for salads, greens and water. Its crazy how you can change your body habbits.

Thanks guys, yes all bloating is completely gone!!! I haven’t had any cheat meals or simple carbs yet to test as I’m feeling so good I don’t want to spoil it. Thanks cathcathu77 I AM I love doing this, even starting strength training tomorrow in my little home ‘garage’ gym I’ve made for myself & teen girls..strangely really looking forward to working out 🏋️‍♀️
