Day 14✅ 20 push ups done. Going to water aerobics tomorrow morning then I have a night shift for late night shopping. Ready to have fun in the pool again. The scales are making me anxious and turning stomach in a twist. Think I need to eat a bit cleaner help my digestive system out.
